Terms of use
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. On Apple devices, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Prohibited use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent the protections of the Game, distribute or use modified ("modded", "cracked", "nulled") copies, or manipulate leaderboards. Such copies may stop working and their scores may be removed.
3. Fair play and the online league
Every run in the online league and the daily challenge is verified by replaying it on our server. Automation (bots, macros, tool-assisted runs), modified clients and playing on someone else's account are not allowed. Offending results may be deleted, ratings reset and accounts removed from the league. Pilot names must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate others, and may be changed. Computer-controlled rivals are always labelled "BOT". You can report an offensive name or cheating and block a pilot from inside the Game; blocked pilots are never matched with you again. Reports are reviewed and offending content is removed.
4. Account deletion
You can delete your online account and your data at any time in Settings. See the account deletion page for details.
5. In-app purchases
"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the respective store's policies. You can restore purchases with "Restore purchases" in Settings or the Shop. Star dust and trail cosmetics can only be earned in the Game, are not sold for real money, have no cash value and never affect race results.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
