Delete your account and data

Slingstar can be played without an account. If you have connected to the online league, an anonymous account exists for you and you can delete it — with everything attached to it — at any time.

In the game (instant)

1. Open Slingstar.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon at the top right of the main menu).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my online account and data".
4. Confirm. Your account and all server data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to info@slingstargames.com from any address with your pilot name and tag (for example Nova#1234). We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it. Without the name and tag we cannot identify an anonymous account.

What is deleted

• Your player profile (anonymous id, pilot name and tag, rating, wins and losses)
• All of your race recordings and ghosts
• Your match records and daily challenge times
• Reports and blocks you created
• Your linked Google or Apple sign-in, if you added one

What stays

Progress stored on your device (medals, best times, star dust, cosmetics) stays on the device. Erase it with Settings → "Reset progress" or by deleting the Game. Purchase records are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be kept.
