Write to info@slingstargames.com. If you can, tell us your pilot name and tag (for example Nova#1234) — you can find it at the top of the main menu.
Support
Something broken, an idea, a rival who is clearly cheating? Write to us. A person reads every message, usually within two business days.
From inside the game
Settings → Support opens a form that sends your message together with your game version, device and language, so we do not have to ask.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can tell us, the faster it gets fixed:
- What you were doing (duel, daily, career track number)
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Your pilot name and tag
- Phone model and system version
Reporting a pilot
You can report an offensive name or a suspicious run from the result screen inside the game, and block a pilot so you never meet them again. Reports are reviewed by a human.
